Ask on Inquiring Moms

A lot of newborns get stuffed up, especially babies born via c-section (because they didn't have the pressure of childbirth as a natural means to squeeze out fluids). You can actually take a tissue or cloth and roll up the corner and carefully pick the baby's nose to get the blockage out. Baby won't generally appreciate the invasion but afterwards the frustration of being stuffed up is gone. This method can be very effective until baby is old enough to take care of their own nose.
